A unique and powerful full body experience, using a combination of traditional Japanese therapies; acupuncture, visceral drainage, joint manipulation, deep tissue massage, cupping, gua sha & cranial sacral therapy.
We balance the body & gently restore alignment. Misalignment not only can contribute to pain but also affects organs & tissue function in the body and even the mind.
The treatment begins with ACUPUNCTURE; drawing on traditional Chinese acupuncture points and Master Tung’s Holographic imaging methods. Feeling the body we find the most active acupuncture points to use for you. We look for an immediate change in the body after needle application. This style of acupuncture is specifically tailored to your body. All treatments are a personalised prescription to move you towards balance and realignment.
After Ki (chi) flow is restored we massage the organs, moving tension and inflammation away from the surrounding tissues, we strive for a healthier, happier body, with increased blood flow, reduced inflammation and more general movement in the body.
We then balance the body, working with massage and gentle manipulations to guide the body back to realignment, head to toe, using a range of tools, gua sha, cupping, moxa &. far infra red therapy. Finishing with cranial sacral therapy to balance the internal mechanics of the mind, balancing the structures and fluids surrounding the brain and spinal cord.

The Awakening : Sports Massage
Energise and realign the body with this wonderfully curated combination of deep tissue techniques from around the world created to invigorate and awaken body and mind through full body massage, medical acupuncture may be used to help release super tight muscles with your consent.
Frictions and vibrations are used to relax tense muscles, stiff joints loosen and nerves are soothed, leaving you with an all over feeling of relaxation and wellbeing.
It may feel as if you have worked out your muscles after this treatment, so heat aftercare is often recommended, a hot water bottle, a hot shower or bath with magnesium salts to lessen the aches and provide you with a quick recovery.

Onnetsu Therapy: Far Inrared Therapy
This is a thermal therapy using a hand held medical device called the ONNETSUKI invented by Dr Tomeko Mitsui, who utilised the science of FIR (Far Infrared) technology commonly used in the medical field for treating various health issues particularly in pain management. In the alternative health arena, FIR is used to treat illnesses by generating heat to achieve the hypothermic effects for natural healing to take place within the body.
With the ONNETSUKI, heat penetrates deep into the organs thus improving the blood circulation in these organs and restoring their functions gradually. Dr Tomeko Mitsui used the prototype first generation Onnetsuki device to treat many illnesses during her lifetime. This treatment can be a stand alone or incorporated into other therapies.
