RESERVATION POLICIES:

All treatments by appointment only. For appointments, enquiries and gift vouchers please call 07989 944 246 or complete our enquiry form

Please leave a message as we may be in with other clients when you call. Alternatively complete our quick enquiry form or text stating your preferred treatment, time and day, and we will contact you to confirm the details.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Let us know if you are unable to make your appointment with as much notice as possible. If less than 2 working days notice is given we hope you respect that we will still have to charge you for the treatment, given that the time will have been blocked out for your treatment. You are agreeing to this to these terms when booking a treatment.

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive in good time for your appointment as The Hidden Sanctuary is very hidden with limited signage. There is a small waiting area behind a screen between the treatment rooms, so please make yourself at home there and start your relaxation.

FACILITIES:

Sadly we are on the first floor and can’t provide wheelchair access for our clients, it is a wide staircase though so if you have help, it might be possible to reach the suite. Please do call if you wish to discuss further. We have toilet facilities on site.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please do let your therapist know if you are on any medication, or have any medical concerns before your treatment. Most treatments can be adapted for all sorts of medical conditions, but best to chat through first to be sure and make your therapist aware.
